Inna al-hamda Lillaahi, Nahmaduhu wa Nasta’eenahu wa nastaghfiruhu wa nuh’minubih wa natawak-kalu’alayk, wa na’oodhu billahi min shuroori anfusinaa wa sayi’aati a’maalinaa. Man yahdih Illaahu falaa mudilla lahu wa man yudlil falaa haadiya lahu. Wa ashhadu an laa ilaaha ill-Allaah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan ‘abduhu wa rasooluhu

Verily, all Praise be to Allāāh, we seek His help and His forgiveness. We seek refuge with Him from the evil of our own souls and from our bad deeds. Whomsoever Allāāh guides will never be led astray, and whomsoever Allāāh leaves astray, no one can guide. I bear witness that there is NO god save Allāāh, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger(saws).

In this era in which the Muslims are living a life of humiliation and disgrace, they have lost the characteristics of guidance from within themselves, and the Rope of Allāāh that He united them upon – the Rope of establishment and leadership – has been cut, so they have become insignificant in front of themselves and in front of their enemies. Falsehood prances around in their countries, and the trend of apostasy has become the strongest and the most dominant. And the ties of evil between [the people of] internal apostasy and [those of] outward Kufr have been fortified. The Muslims have become busy with entertainment and vanity, and the Islāāmic parties and groups summon one another to the ideas of men and their Ijtihād, far away from the Source of Guidance and Light – the Book of Allāāh and the Sunnah of His Messenger. And the state of Ghurbah (estrangement) has intensified for those who are holding fast to this Guidance and their souls long for the coming Divine Promise – Victory or Martyrdom.

In this time and this present-day Ghurbah – the Ghurbah of the Deen and its teachings, and the Ghurbah of the people of Truth and their trial – ‘United Muslim Ummah’ – Holding Steadfast In The Rope Of Tawheed, welcomes you and offer the Muslims this treatise of ours. It calls you, O Muslim, to preserve and strengthen the Rope of Allāāh and His Tawheed and understand the Truth by way of it, and guides you to the Correct Path, and to our belief that we are not an innovation in this era, rather we are one group from the groups of this Party – the Party of Allāāh and the Victorious Group – at-Taa’ifah al-Mansoorah. We promised ourselves – with the Help of Allāāh and His Tawfīq – that we would hold fast to this Party and fulfill the qualities of the Victorious Group – at-Taa’ifah al-Mansoorah – such as those mentioned in Surah al-Maa’idah (Ayah 54) so long as there remains within us a vein that pulsates, or a breath that stammers…

We gladly condemn Tawaagheet, the plural form of Taghoot, and we condemn the association and alliance with ‘Asabiyyaist, Communist, Democrazist, Murtadeen, Munafiqeen, Mushrikeen, and Kaffireen! We urge you, O Muslims, to stand along with us and FIGHT oppression and tyranny and let’s not even fear to condemn the terrorist activities conducted and plotted by the Crusaders and Zionists in Iraaq, Palestine, Kashmir, Bosnia, Chechnya, Afghanistan, and elsewhere in our Muslim Lands. We urge you, O Muslims, to work in unison for the re-establishment of Khilafaah and Shari’ah Courts and by restoring the Law of Qura’an, let’s plunge these war-criminals to justice and equity!

We call upon the non-Muslims to comprehend the meaning of Tawheed and accept Islaam in reference to Prophet Muhammad (saws)’s Da’wah to Heraculis, the Roman King:

‘Accept Islam and you will be safe and Allaah will double your reward. If you reject this invitation the sin of your misguided people will be on your head’

However, there is no compulsion to enter in the folds of Islaam. It’s your chosen free will. Hence, we don’t intimidate or enforce you to accept Islaam nor do we despise you because you deserve to be called as the people of book and the closest to the Islaamic faith and the nearest in love to the Muslims are the Christians! Anyhow, we will never tolerate any threats, insults, mockery to Allaah, His Deen Islaam, His Divine Qura’an, His Sovereignty, His Chosen Habib Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) and all His Prophets (alayhis salam)!

We ask Allaah to accept us, our Vows and Allegiance and Da’wah efforts and help us fulfill our Oaths taken to attain the qualities of at-Taa’ifah al-Mansoorah! AmeenAkulu Qawli hajaa wastagfirullaha ajeemo ala walikoom fastagfiroo innahu huwal Gafurur Rahim!
